What we collect

• Account data — contact name, company, email, optional WeChat, and a hashed password when you register.
• RFQ data — the products, quantities, and notes you submit, tied to your contact details so we can reply with pricing.
• Feedback — ratings and comments you choose to send, with the page context they came from.
• Copilot conversations — chat messages are processed to generate responses; conversation history is stored in your own browser (localStorage), not in your account.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver quotes, operate your account, improve the catalog and copilot, and contact you about your RFQs. We do not sell your data. Emails from us are transactional (quotes, confirmations, account actions).

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference) under their respective data-processing terms, and when required by law.

Cookies

One httpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Preferences (language, quote list) live in your browser's localStorage. No third-party advertising trackers.
